Garderion offers a limited warranty on all products purchased through our website.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified.
Items covered include defects such as:
Broken or damaged parts
Malfunctioning mechanisms or electronic components
Missing components included in the original packaging
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
Items used for commercial purposes or non-personal use
Perishable goods (plants, seeds, food), consumables, and gift cards
If your product is defective under the warranty:

Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.
Note: Defective items must be returned to us as instructed. Garderion will cover return shipping costs only if the claim is approved.
If your warranty claim is approved, Garderion may, at our discretion:
Repair the defective product
Replace it with a new or equivalent item
Issue a refund to your original payment method
Garderion’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
